1st Gen 18/20 combo size fitments

I am looking at getting the Velocity V825 wheels, in 18"X7.5", 38mm offset for the Front, and 20"x7.5", 38mm offset for the Rear.

My question for the experts is this: if I choose to bag the front, and lower the rear with 3" blocks, what tire sizes are recommended for both a good look, and no issues with clearance when laid out?

I plan to lay the front out at shows only, so if the front tires hit the inner fenders, I am ok with that. I don't want to have to remove the inner fenders, as I would like to keep the ABS module and the OEM A.C. unit intact.

    Thanks!!! :)

P.S. here is the wheel I am looking at getting...

Also, here is a bad picture of the overall look I am going for... I want to hire a person to do a rendering for my '91 4 door... :D

That 38mm is a high offset wheel. 2wd's call for a mid offset 12- 18mm wheel. If that wheel is not offered in a mid offset you will have to run spacers.

That wheel is not going to look that way with that high an offset....much less lip.
