    Exhaust?

Anyone running anything other than a turn down? Not having a muffler is getting old.

Pics of your exhaust set up would be great.

here is mine, just a flowmaster after the cat, right now it has a turn down on it just before the axle. my plan is to run it all the way out and to just behind the new g-14 classified bumper project. but with the way it's set up i am going to run the exhaust under the axle because my floor is to tight because i saved the rear seat.

you guys have to remember it lays on the ground so anything sticking under the body will not work and with the link bars and axle just about touching the floor there is not much room at all, then you have the gas tank in the center taking up more room, the side exhaust is cool but would not work with the kit. under the axle is about the only way with out burning up stuff. i though about turning it out just in front of the tire and snakeing it around the frame but there was not enough room when it layed out

crucified, every single inch of tubing after the muffler is going to effect the sound, i assume the muffler is on the right side, so go back however much you can, like 4-5 inches, then 90 it toward the drivers side and run it as far as you can. even a foot of pipe after the muffler is going to knock down the resonance tremendously.

91- i dont have that exhaust anymore, i now have what i have in my sig

but here are a few crappy pics, it was like spegetti to get it up and over the frame like that.

actually i cnat really find any. it was single to the muffler, and Y'd out then the pass side leg ran above the driveshaft hugging the floorboard and over the frame and down, and right side went over the frame and down. Had to take a good chunk out of the rear crossmember by the diff area to let the pipe fit past teh frame.

just another idea, but cut a 3" round hole in the frame, weld a piece of round tubing where the new hole is, and run the exhaust through that, then cut a hole in your xtreme ground effects and put on a good looking exhaust tip

that's what I want to do with the wife's xtreme, kind of like a viper
