Do u think its and vacum line or do you think its the actuator. Help it's about to get effin hot as hell here.

sounds like someone forgot to hook up the vaccum line in the dash, or it popped off under the hood

but if they just did the heater core I would go with dash

check the lines under the hood too since that's easier

yeah, I've done about everything on the a/c

to jump it if it's not turning on when you use the dash switch, do this

tune on the switch, take a small piece of wire (jumper wire), unplug your low pressure switch on the condensor under the hood (silver can, looks like a large 40oz beer can), take the jumper wire and loop the two contacts on the plug. If the compressor kicks on then your low on refrigerent. or you have a bad low pressure switch (unlikely)

if it doesn't kick you have electrical issues

your going to have to trace back all your vaccum lines and see where it is disconnected

changing the door wont fix it.

there's a disconnected line somewhere inside the dash or under the hood

They dumb ass that had it before me didnt have anyvacuum lines under the hood. I will be going to the junk yard tomorrow or tuesday. I got a big surpise when i got behide to dash. There was some burnt wires in going to the fuse box. I had to repair those wires and now have to reroute everything. Oh well the joys of buying a 1000 dollar truck.

well good thing you found the wires, now find one at the yard and pull the vaccum lines then remember how they go in the blazer

you should have a small vaccum ball mount on the hood by the driver's side windsheild, then one line going to the intake manifold, and one line going to the inside of the cab, don't forget the one way t-fitting valve
