    Underdash heater

Anyone running a under dash heater in there blazer? With my body drop I had to do away with the heat setup on my truck and due to the hugh sliding ragtop I dont think I will need AC but I do want heat and defroster just in case I need it. What setups have people used and are recommended? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I've seen this one used and am thinking of using it myself. http://www.jegs.com/i/Flex-a-lite/400/640/10002/-1
Then you can add this for defrost. http://www.jegs.com/i/Flex-a-lite/400/650/10002/-1

vintage air. I was looking at them tonight. They are reasonably priced, and sell replacement parts such as motors/servos for future repairs

i have a full heat and a/c setup that i tied into the stock ducks but what a pain in the ass, here the best thing to do and what we did on my buddys old style blazer, got this kit form summit http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-991106/?rtype=10 then cut the old duck parts off the main part for the defrost, then used a 2 part glue and glued on a adapter ring on to that. so it still worked close to stock,

it all depends on how much work you want to do, here is the install on my sec gen but you can get the idea http://www.blazinlow.com/forum/showt...t-and-a-c-unit

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/RPE-3501/?rtype=10 This might be an option. It's sold as a rear seat heater.

your not going to get much heat out of one of those. You can always run the lines out the side in the kick panel area, or run them out lower, down towards the foot well area.

or run them down by the frame and run them up into the floor rite by the fire wall. but a small bulk head dose not look to bad,

here is mine, its a 4 port because i have a/c but you get the idea, run some 90's facing down then use ss braided line along the frame rail, would finish it off nice
