I need air asap plz help!

I need to move my truck from my moms to my new place as she is moving sat and i wont be able to store it there. normally i would start my truck and then turn the comps on. when the tanks full the comps shut off. as of right now my truck wont start. i know its a fuel issue but i dont have time to fix it before i have to move it. any ideas to the easyist way to get some air into the tank? once i do have air i plan on use the valves to lift the truck. then load the truck on to a flat bed. the truck has been sitting for a few months and i havent ran to the comps. i have a question. can i hook up a battery charger and set it at 10 amp or 2 amp and just let the comps run? providing there still good it will fill the tanks and im good to go. but will running them and having it on the charger do any damage. thanks in advance guys im moving it sat. so if i need parts or anything i gota get them durring the week as most places are closed here on sat and sun.

Do you have an air compressor, like the kind to fill tires?

If so, disconnect the line from your bag compressor or use an unused port, and install a schrader valve.

without a doubt youd be able to get an NPT adapter from any hardware store.

Not sure what they are but you'd need to adapt to a NPT pipe thread

Heres a schrader on 1/8" NPT.

schrader valve i totally forgot what it was called! i found one at the local place here in town. im gonna go get one before work tommorrow. and try the charger on the battery and let the comps run for a little while and see if it works. then if not im gonna pull my pressure switch off and thread in the schrader valve. and use a home/shop comp thanks mike.
