its a 2wd toyota bumper with a billet insert. Years were late 80s and early 90s. Ebay or your favorite local aftermarket parts place are about the best places to get them

Sweet man does anyone know where I can purchase the bumper and brackets from I am very interested in this setup minus the billet bars I think it would make a great spot for a front mount intercooler on my truck!

I know I'm a little late here but I haven't been on in a while. Here are the brackets I made for mine. And the flat piece needs welded on in place of your original mount on the front of the frame rails. I built in enough adjustment to get it lined up nice. I also have a spare set for sale if you still need some.
