I just had to replace both of my front after 2 and 3 years. They failed within a month of each other.

When i ordered in 2009/2010 i got a lifetime warranty, so I took advantage of that. The seller was APDTY on ebay (autopartsdirecttoyou)

They basically charged me $15 shipping and i have to pay return...which they both fit in a $5 flat rate box.

Whats interesting now is they include an o-ring with the new hubs. The o-ring fits perfectly inside the spindle. I can only assume its to keep water and dirt from getting thru and to the rear of the bearing.

I've definitely seen the O rings when pulling hubs off at the yard. I don't remember if my 2000 had them or not. I just use anti sieze to seal it up and make removal easy the next time.

That's a pretty good deal on the warranty hubs. How many miles did you get out of them?

Lifetime warranty would be nice, I remember the o-ring with my aftermarket hubs but the hubs didn't sit flush with the o-ring. I uused anti-sieze like Harley. I'll see how much of a PITA they are to take off when the time comes. BTW I snagged the on you just posted. On they xtreme one factory lasted 60k and they other is still going strong at 160k.......can hurt to have a spare GM one!

$20 every 40k isn't bad especially with how easy these are to replace.

Glad someone took advantage. I was considering purchasing it myself, but I already have 2 spares on the shelf.

The ones I got, the lifetime warranty means they will replace them once.

I think thats a bit misleading, but whatever.

Where do you put the antiseize exactly?

Inside the tapered bore and on the face between the hub and the spindle.

just got my $60 hub, upon inspection I don't doubt it's an AC Delco hub due to the seal has "Timken" USA on it. I heard GM uses Timken from the factory and that was the reason I bought a Timken hub 5yrs ago to replace the worn one on the xtreme.

so buy Timken or AC Delco for your hubs.

Not new, but in a pinch the price isn't terrible. I'm guessing he will have some in stock for awhile.

I wish I could run those kind. Would be easier to change the rotors.
