    2000 4 door 2wd drop info needed......

I'm looking for a reasonably priced kit. I want to drop it 3/3 using coils and blocks. I cannot find anything for a 4 door. Kinda worried about buying a kit for a 2 door, thinking maybe it might drop too much with the extra weight. I found this:

    Will this work?

You should maybe think about saving up just a little more and get some spindles & leaf springs The ride will be much better, and if you deside to bag it later on down the line you'll already have the spindles.

ok, but i want a 3 inch drop in the front. This means I have to buy spindles AND springs. I have had both before, and the drop springs will give me enough travel and ride for now. I just dont want to mess up and buy something that's gonna drop it too much. Just looking for springs for now.

To be honest 3" springs work, but your remaining suspension travel is very limited. Yes otherwise both must be purchased, but it is a big improvement in ride quality. Also if you go with both you can use the factory ZQ8 coil which is the best option for a drop spring IMO.

So I can use 6cyl coils in my 00 4 door blazer? 3 inch will be 3 inch drop? I dont want to put them in and it end up being an inch lower, and I dont want to get 2 inch coils and not drop it enough.

2dr & 4dr drop kits are gonna be the same as long as you get it for the V6 4.3. Don't get an S10 kit that is for a 2.2 4cy.
