    OH by the way I would just like to brag.. opps... I mean state that my Blazer...

    runs 6.31's in the 1/4
    it keeps cool at about 100 degrees
    And can lift the tires down the whole track

    I could also TYPE that I have a hand growing out my... um... nose. But i would have to post pics for anyone to stop laghing and belive me.Thats why I think everone would belive my HAND story b4 your TRUCK "STORY".

    ADD ITS A 2.8L V6 TOO... :cool:

    Yeah, once, off the start I sheared my drive shaft in half. I guess my 2.8 just has too much torque.:p

    I found some really cool stuff to help kep the motor cool.
    It's called 40 below it is similar to water wetter.

    40 below is used by NASCAR to keep there 800hp small blocks cool so I tried it.

    I have a pretty hot V-8 in my '90 Blazer with a Griffen 4-core aluminum radiator and a summit tranny cooler and a 160 degree thermostat. I also have Flex-a-Lite twin electric fans with thermostat control.
    The thing ran about 205 on the highway and would climb to 230-240 before I shut it down and it boiled over for a long time after it was shut off.

    I put in some 40 below and now it runs 170-180 on the highway and 190-200 in the city on the hottest days.

    The stuff works.

    Can you get that stuff just anywhere like pepboys, O'rilleys or Auto Zone???
