    im still confused on how exactly a stock floor bd works....why would you move the body mount that far down when you just use a 3 inch spacer?

    Is a stock floor body drop just:

    - lowering the body mounts
    - cutting 1/2 from the bottom of the frame and reinforcing to the top.

    Im still trying to understand HOW it works.

    in order to have a body drop with the stock floor , you would have to build a complete new frame.
    the frame is what stops you from going any lower , getting the frame to lay is the easy part .
    so unless you plan on building a whole new frame your cutting the floor.

    Update on BD 12/24/03

    It was put off so a fullsize could get the bed bd'd and a xtreme re-bagged in the rear. My blaze is being worked on again. Here is what it looks like as of tonight...
