Can't open my back window

Ok I need to get my back window open and I can't. I can hear the motor back there working. But it won't pop it open. It won't open from the outside either. And idea how to open it up? I really need to so I can use the rear of it.

Well I was looking at that and for some reason the handle has a screw thru it and I'm nervous about taking it off. I don't know why it's there. It's not factory for it. lol

Well tipp I look at it again and it was just where someone added a washer to the screw holding the handle on. But I seen a whole in the cover and stuck in a screw driver and it opened up. Looks like there's a peice misssing that goes from the popper to the lever that pushes on the lock so I'm gonna see what I can do to fix it so I don't have to get another one for it.

But for now the wire ties will help till I find a smashed one and get what I need out of it. Thanks again.

Cool if you need the actuator I have one I'll sell ya. It's a good one and it worked when I tested it out.
