ATTN All those who know sfbd

I had a project lined out for later on in the year, but apparently it is rolling into my driveway tomorrow at 5 0.
The project will be a total rebuild on a 94 X-cab. Were planning a sfbd, backhalf, V-8, and the usual body mods, ect.
Im wanting to know what size tubing I will need to lay rocker (not pinch) Ive heard that 3''x3'' will lay pinch, but what will i need to lay rocker?
